Ajmer is one of the major cities in the Indian state of Rajasthan. This city was established by Chahamanas of Shakambhari which was an Indian dynasty that ruled parts of modern-day Rajasthan and its neighboring areas during the 7th and 12th centuries. It served as the Chahamana capital until the 12th century CE.

1. The Ajmer Sharif Dargah : -

The Ajmer Sharif Dargah is an Islamic mortmain which is managed by the Dargah Khwaja Saheb Act, 1955 of the Government of India. It also houses the magnificent tomb of Sufi Saint Khwaja Moinuddin Chishti. According to the legends, it is believed that Mughal Emperor Akbar used to visit Dargah every year.

2. Nasiyan Jain Temple : -

Nasiyan Jain Temple is amongst the top Jain temples in Rajasthan. This famous shrine was constructed during the year 1865 and it dedicated to Lord Adinath. This temple consists of three areas where one segment of the shrine is the prayer hall which holds the famous idol of Lord Adinath and the other two areas include a museum and an ordinary hall. The museum which is beautifully embellished with gold depicts the five different stages during the life of Lord Adinath.
